  • Drive in-house completion of small and minor repairs whenever feasible

Position Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with industrial or agricultural equipment - familiarity with grain handling systems, bearings, or welding is preferred; open to maintenance backgrounds from manufacturing, chemical, or food/feed environments
  • A track record of leading, training, or developing others in a hands-on environment
  • Comfort with CMMS, JDE, or similar maintenance management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive approach to troubleshooting and repair
  • Flexible schedule, willing to accept on-call rotation and after-hours trouble calls, including nights and weekends when necessary.

Physical requirements: This role involves frequent lifting of materials up to 40 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, bending, stooping, walking, and reaching. You'll operate manual and powered tools, move throughout the facility, climb stairs and ladders, and work at heights.
