Pay Range: $62,410.00 - $76,963.33

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient material handling and timely deliveries
- Supervise, coach, and support terminal personnel while fostering a strong safety-first culture
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee loading/unloading activities, and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with logistics, maintenance, and customer teams to optimize operations and resolve issues
- Enforce compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards

Work Environment
