Job Description

School Bus Driver – Full-time

MBG Enterprises Inc. is now hiring full and part-time enthusiastic, motivated school bus drivers to operate in Anne Arundel and Howard County.

Must have a clean driving record with zero current points.
CDL or CDL Permit with passenger, school bus, and air brake endorsements preferred.
Will train you and have you earn your CDL B with PS endorsement.
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
Must have a clean background
Must have a current, certified and complete driving record. ( not a 3 year driving record) ( $15.00)
Must be willing to get fingerprinted. ( $ 63.00)
Must have a one year DOT ( $ 85.00)
Must attend HOCO or AACO class to become certified.
Experience is preferred (1+ years of school bus driving experience) but is not required.
Health, dental, and vision insurance available to all full-time employees
401 K
Sick time for all full-time employees
Personal days for all full-time employees
$30.00 per hour.
We offer FREE training to obtain your CDL B and endorsements in-house.

Responsibilities and DutiesDriving a school bus on a pre-determined route, which may include:

Standard or special needs run
Field trips
Private charter work
School sports trips
Performing a pre-trip and post-trip inspection on your bus
Keeping the inside of your bus clean
Completing all daily paperwork
Work well with others
Dependable and reliable
Must pass a drug test
Must pass a background check

COVID-19 considerations:The Maryland State Department of Education will hold our school buses to stringent sanitation standards. MBG's high-traffic/high-touch areas are sanitized throughout the day.
