1st Shift Industrial Painter
Pay: $21.00 per hourSchedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Company:Pro Resources is seeking qualified Industrial Painters to join the Ashley Industrial Molding AIM team. AIM is a leading manufacturer of custom molded and painted plastic products and assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals with industrial painting experience looking to grow with a reputable company.
Job Summary:The Industrial Painter is responsible for applying liquid primer and topcoat to plastic parts using a paint gun on an overhead moving conveyor paint line. This role requires attention to detail, consistency in finish quality, and the ability to work in a fast paced production environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Apply primer and topcoat using spray painting equipment on plastic componentsWork efficiently on an overhead conveyor paint line to meet production goalsInspect parts to ensure quality standards are metMaintain clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures including proper use of PPEAssist in other areas as needed and cross train on various job duties
Job Requirements:Experience working on an overhead conveyor paint line preferredExperience using paint spraying applicators requiredAbility to wear a respiratorAbility to lift overhead, bend, twist, and turn throughout shiftAbility to lift up to 50 pounds repetitivelyWillingness to cross train and support multiple departmentsAbility to work overtime as neededStrong attendance and reliability
