Program Description:

PJT Partners is looking for candidates who are excited about joining our Corporate Summer Internship Program. Candidates will have the opportunity to contribute broadly across PJT's corporate functions through engaging in meaningful projects and working closely with experienced professionals. The program will consist of rotations through two of the following corporate functions:

  • Finance

  • Human Resources

  • Legal & Compliance

  • Management & Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of day-to-day work

  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

  • Effectively communicate with colleagues, various stakeholders and other corporate functions

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

  • Deliver a final presentation on an impactful project at the end of the Internship

Qualifications:

PJT Partners seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent and have excellent academic, leadership and extracurricular experiences. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Current undergraduate student who is a self-starter

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail

  • Aptitude to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Robust organizational and time management skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of integrity, judgement, work ethic and professionalism

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements:

To be considered for the 2026 Corporate Summer Intern Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student

  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 - Spring 2027

  • Resume must include expected graduation month/year

  • Resume must be in PDF format

  • Post-graduates, MBAs and experienced hires should refer to the Associate or Experienced hire opportunities listed on our career site.

Expected annualized base salary of $70,000
