Job Description

Registration of patients presenting to Helena Hospital.  Conducts patient interviews to obtain registration information, complete required forms and obtains signatures.  Minimum of 6 months customer service required.  Knowledge of computers, and other standard office equipment required.  Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute required.  Medical office experience preferred.  Represents Helena Hospital as the focal point for all initial communications. 

Customer service skills mandatory. Treat customers as the most important part of the job, effectively communicate with customers, demonstrates respect to the public.
