The Assistant Project Manager- Life Science Construction will support the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within the life science sector. Description

The Assistant Project Manager- Life Sciences Construction will:

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of life science construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Support budgeting and cost control efforts to ensure projects stay within financial guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all project sites.
  • Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
