Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Professional at Walt Massey, you’ll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through every step of their vehicle journey with professionalism and care.

• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up

• Apply consultative sales techniques to help customers find the perfect vehicle

• Master product knowledge, including features, packages, and new technologies

• Deliver high-quality vehicle presentations and test drives

• Proactively follow up with leads and referrals to grow your client base

• Overcome objections and close deals with confidence and integrity

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed goals

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude every day
