Production Supervisor – Bilingual + Manufacturing

Full Time/Direct Hire

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Hands-on bilingual leader to oversee daily production activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a team, keeps operations running smoothly, and takes pride in maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure output and efficiency goals are met
• Provide coaching, direction, and support to production employees
• Maintain a safe work environment and reinforce company policies
• Monitor product quality and address issues quickly
• Track production metrics such as downtime, scrap, and productivity
• Work with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Engineering to resolve issues
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and apply lean improvements
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Support training and onboarding for new hires

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of production flow, quality expectations, and safety practices
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean tools is helpful
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Work Environment & Schedule

• Fast-paced production setting
• Frequent standing, walking, and lifting
• Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
