Job Description
Our Business Management Trainee Program is an exciting entry-level opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and ambitious professionals looking to grow into leadership roles while gaining hands-on experience in business management, marketing, and nonprofit outreach.
We partner with nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and ethical brands to increase awareness, drive donor engagement, and support impactful community initiatives. Through in-person events, grassroots marketing, and outreach campaigns, our team connects directly with communities to inspire action.
What You’ll Do
Participate in paid leadership training and mentorship programs
Coordinate and manage fundraising, marketing, and outreach events
Supervise on-site event activities and maintain relationships with community partners
Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of new team members
Track and analyze campaign performance to improve outreach results
Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Who We’re Looking For
Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn (no prior management experience required)
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Problem-solving mindset with entrepreneurial drive
Passion for nonprofit work, community engagement, and social impact
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
