Operations Analyst
Johnston, RI | 6-month contract | $25.71/hr (W2)
Role Overview: Provide clerical, analytical, and operational support across business functions, including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. Assist in generating insights to support decision-making and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and trend identification
- Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user manuals
- Support stakeholders in resolving operational issues
