Boise, Idaho Full-Time | $50,000 – $80,000 (Base + Commission/Bonus)

Position Overview
Bath Planet of Southern Idaho is currently seeking a Call Center Representative for our Boise, ID market and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with customers.
You’ll play a key role in driving our business by contacting homeowners, setting qualified appointments, and providing excellent customer service—all while contributing to a growing, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to set up qualified appointments for free consultations
- Deliver and adapt scripted pitches based on customer needs
- Handle questions and overcome objections professionally
- Collect and input accurate customer information into the system
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to marketing efforts
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication
- Update reports and maintain accurate lead tracking
- Perform quality control calls
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or marketing preferred
- Basic understanding of sales principles and strategies
- Comfortable working with computers and CRM systems
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and stay motivated
- Team player with strong organizational skills
