Performs quality exams and creates preliminary reports. Assists with interpreting imaging for each study. Required to work in the regional clinical setting, and the UAMS NICU (at AC only) on a rotational basis. This position also includes call.

Must be registered in pediatric echocardiography by 2 years from date of hire. - various

Description
Reviews physician order, and verifies patient/procedure and performs echocardiograms.
Prepares and processes echo studies for interpretation.
Assists in training of Cardiology Fellows performing Pediatric Echocardiography (AC only).
Monitors equipment during procedures for equipment malfunctions and notifies of major malfunctions.
Inventories supplies and submits list to proper personnel, to keep adequate supply stock for department.
Performs other duties as assigned.
