The Pines of Richfield, a Cassia senior living community, is hiring Caregivers, to join the team in Richfield, MN. We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Caregiver who thrives in a team-oriented environment.Position Type: Part-Time benefits eligible position working a varying scheduleWage Range: $19.12 - $23.31 / hour based on experienceShifts Available:Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Part-Time)
Location: 400 West 67th Street, Richfield, MN 55423Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and assist with treatments as directed by a nurse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Document care provided in a computerized charting system.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with nurses and other caregivers to ensure the highest level of care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) certification is preferred, but not required!
- Med Passing strongly preferred!
- Passion for senior care and a strong sense of compassion.
- Reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
