Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and Make a Difference!Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide exceptional anesthesia care at a prestigious Level 1 Trauma Center. This full-time opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic hospital environment, supporting diverse patient populations across all age groups. As a key member of our anesthesia team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care while enjoying a stable and rewarding career.Required Skills:

• NBCRNA Board Certification
• Valid State of Kentucky license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a large medical center setting, preferably at a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Proficiency in intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and line placement
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with trauma, ortho, vascular, and neuro surgeries
• Additional certifications in advanced airway management or critical care
• Familiarity with NORA (Non-Operating Room Anesthesia) procedures
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience for residents or students

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Advanced degree in Nursing (Master’s or Doctorate)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent practice in high-volume, trauma, or academic hospital settings
• Recent hands-on experience with complex anesthesia cases, excluding neonatal and OB

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work NORA procedures
• Availability to start on 08/17/2026, with flexibility for a later start date
• Credentialing expected within 90 days
• Ability to commit to 26-week contracts with potential extensions
• Must be available for 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 am – 5:30 pm), including holidays at premium pay

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $226.20
• Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
• Competitive benefits including medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable
• Optional weekly expense allowance up to $1500 for full weeks worked
• Holiday pay at 1.5x the regular rate for designated holidays
