Your Clinical MissionAs a Community-Based Therapist, you aren't just managing a caseload—you are a strategist for growth. You’ll support children and families through:

• Holistic Therapy: Delivering individual, family, and group sessions that address trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more.
• Collaborative Care: Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a "whole-picture" approach to healing.
• Actionable Growth: Creating individualized treatment plans that serve as a roadmap for long-term success.
• Continuous Learning: Participating in weekly supervision with our Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and advance your career.

What You’ll Need to Join Us✔ Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.✔ Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).✔ Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.✔ Age: 21+ years old.✔ Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.✔ Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."
