Position Overview
As a CNA or PCA at The Manor, you will provide hands-on, compassionate care to residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. You will play a vital role in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care and assistance to assigned residents
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
- Assist with documentation and record keeping
- Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control procedures
- Assist with laundry and general care needs
- Deliver care with compassion, respect, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Current CNA or PCA certification in the State of Arkansas (required)
- Prior experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Strong sense of empathy, patience, and compassion
- Passion for working with geriatric residents
