Job Description

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firm in the US, is adding a Commercial Lines Account Manager to their Commercial Lines, Cornell Insurance Services team in Edison, NJ.

This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring the successful execution, delivery, and retention of commercial insurance accounts.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial property & casualty (P&C) policies, from inception through renewal.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including auditing and documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, prospects, carrier underwriters, finance companies, and internal teams.
  • Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • In-depth knowledge of P&C coverages, carriers, and the insurance marketplace within a brokerage setting.
  • Proven experience in marketing and maintaining strong carrier relationships.
  • Proficiency with Agency Management Systems, particularly Applied Epic.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborative team player willing to support departmental needs.

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in P&C account management required.
  • Prior experience managing healthcare-related accounts is a plus.
