THE CLUB AT KUKUI`ULA

COOK II (Part-time)

Role Overview

The Club at Kukui`ula is eager to welcome a new member to our culinary team. This role is integral to delivering our highly customized food and beverage offerings. As a part of the team, you will be expected to use your cooking expertise, knowledge of recipes, and understanding of cooking equipment to craft dishes that will leave our members and guests with memorable culinary experiences. Our approach to food preparation is deeply rooted in the farm-to-table concept, highlighting the quality and freshness of our ingredients.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years cooking experience in a quality independent restaurant/resort restaurant or equivalent industry experience.
  • Graduate of a culinary arts program is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of a variety of cooking techniques.
  • Knowledgeable about a broad range of recipes.
  • Experience with farm-to-table food preparation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of cooking equipment.

Salary Range: $31.45 to $37.00 USD Hourly
