Daily Responsibilities
- Act as a part-time Customer Relations Associate and primary contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly
- Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients
- Educate clients on financial products and services, such as investments, insurance protection, retirement planning, and estate planning
- Develop personalized solutions to meet clients' financial goals and needs
Requirements for the Role
- Minimum age of 18 and a U.S. citizen
- Pass a background check
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills along with customer relationship management capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting skills
- Ability to interpret clients' needs and provide relevant solutions effectively
