Job Description

🚨 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Specialist 🚨

Accelerated Automation is growing, and we’re creating a brand-new Customer Success role on our team!

This is a full-time, remote position for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, comfortable with technology, and excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

This role is not a traditional SaaS customer success position, but we do now have software, technology tools, CRM workflows, automation services, and client-facing systems that require ongoing customer support. This person will help make sure our clients have a smooth onboarding experience, receive clear communication, get help troubleshooting basic tech questions, and are introduced to additional services when they are a good fit.

What you’ll help with:

âś… Client onboarding and schedulingâś… Customer follow-up and relationship managementâś… Basic tech troubleshooting and supportâś… Helping clients get more value from our servicesâś… Following up with past project customersâś… Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesâś… Supporting our internal team with organization, communication, and process improvement

Compensation:

đź’° $48,000 base salary + commission
