Job Description

Schedule- Monday- Thursday 5am- 12pm and Friday 10am-12pm

Duties | Responsibilities

Tasks based on assignment; responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Common areas – Parking lots, sidewalks, smoking areas, dumpster enclosures, etc.
- Spot clean glass (remove fingerprints, smudges, etc.)
- Empty trash receptacles
- Police parking lot and/or established traffic areas for miscellaneous trash/debris
- Spot mop to remove spills (as needed)
Restrooms (if applicable)
- Spot clean surfaces (as needed) - toilets, urinals, counters, sinks, stall partitions, dispenser exteriors, mirrors, etc.
- Check/restock all paper products
- Spot mop flooring to remove water/spills (utilize “Wet Floor” sign)
- Empty trash receptacles

*Rotation/frequency of tasks may vary

Miscellaneous

Inform Supervisor of any plumbing, mechanical or electrical malfunctions
Report any visible property damage that occurred prior to or during shift
Other duties as requested by Property Manager and/or Building Engineer

Skill Set / Qualifications

Previous janitorial/house-keeping experience preferred but not required
Dedication to providing premier janitorial services in a professional and consistent manner at all times
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with established duties; accomplish specific tasks all while maintaining attention to detail
Team player attitude and positive approach

Minimum Requirements

Ability to lift 10 lbs or more
Valid Driver’s License
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
