Join Our Team at Custom Endodontics – Bismarck!

Are you a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant who loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for? Our office, Custom Endodontics – Bismarck, is growing, and we’re looking for someone like you to join our specialty team.

At Custom Endodontics, we take pride in providing a world-class experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You’ll play an essential role in helping our patients feel at ease, supporting the doctor during procedures, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable from start to finish
  • Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for each visit
  • Assisting the doctor with 4-handed dentistry
  • Sterilizing and organizing instruments and supplies
  • Providing clear post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
  • Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with check-out procedures
  • Supporting the team and helping with office coordination as needed

Who You Are

You’re a dependable, detail-oriented dental professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. You genuinely care about people and take pride in creating positive, comfortable experiences for patients every day.

You bring:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant (specialty experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization standards
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A team-oriented, proactive mindset
  • A high school diploma (and Dental Assistant certification or radiology license if required by state law)

Position Base Pay Range

$22 - $28 USD
