What We’re Looking For

  • Valid NC Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (required by NC regulation)

  • Strong communication and patient education skills

  • Experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

  • CPR certification

Typical Schedule

  • Part-time two‑day work week: Monday & Tuesday

  • Appointments scheduled thoughtfully to allow 45–60 minutes per patient for thorough, relaxed care

Responsibilities

  • Provide preventive services (scaling, prophy, fluoride, sealants)

  • Take and process x‑rays

  • Perform periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, patient education

  • Maintain accurate, detailed patient records

  • Collaborate with the dentist and team to deliver excellent patient experience
