At The Citizens Bank, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're currently looking for a Full-Time Deposit Operations Specialist to join our Batesville team and help keep our day‑to‑day banking operations running smoothly for the customers we serve.
This onsite role at our beautiful Headquarters branch offers the chance to work closely with a supportive team, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact behind the scenes of a community bank that puts People First.

What You'll Do
As a Deposit Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate customer records and supporting deposit-related processes that keep the Bank compliant and efficient. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating customer account records in accordance with Bank policies and procedures
- Reviewing signature cards and Safe Deposit Box leases for accuracy and completeness
- Monitoring and overseeing CD, DDA, and Safe Deposit Box maintenance completed by associates
- Creating and tracking exceptions for missing or inaccurate documentation
- Processing credit card payments and reviewing Reg CC holds
- Assisting with additional deposit operations tasks as assigned

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to teamwork.
Qualifications and skills include:
- Previous banking experience preferred (retail banking or deposit operations a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Solid math skills with the ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies
- Problem-solving mindset and good judgment
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
