Are you passionate about creating exceptional first impressions? Do you have outstanding communication skills, a warm personality, and the ability to multi-task with grace and professionalism? If so, CBH Homes wants to meet you!

We’re currently looking for a full-time Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our company. This key role is responsible for greeting guests, managing front-desk operations, and supporting multiple departments with various administrative tasks—all while maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a can-do attitude.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist clients, guests, and team members with friendliness and professionalism
Answer and route incoming calls with confidence and courtesy
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including project assistance
Help wrap homeowner gifts
Support the HR team with employee recognition initiatives such as birthday and anniversary gifts
Ensure the front office area is tidy, organized, and inviting

Requirements

Has a friendly, professional demeanor
Owns a Professional Wardrobe. We believe you can never be overdressed!
Ability to handle stress with poise and professionalism
Is great at anticipating what might be needed and what is next
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
