Operating as a franchise owner, the DML drives overall modality strategy, provides deep clinical and technical expertise across all accounts in the territory, and develops individualized plans for each Imaging Account Manager (IAM) to maximize market visibility, market share, and revenue growth. This role requires exceptional ability to lead, influence, and hold cross-functional peers accountable without direct management authority.

This territory will include: TN/AL/MS/AR/MO/LA/KY. Preferred location for a candidate will be greater Nashville TN, but we are open to other large markets near a major airport.

  • Develop and execute district and territory-level CT growth strategies tailored to competitive dynamics and customer needs.

  • Partner with Imaging Account Managers and District Sales Leaders to advance opportunities, strengthen account plans, and close complex deals.

  • Act as the district's DXR expert, providing clinical, technical, and competitive guidance to sales teams and customers.

  • Leverage data, forecasting, and market intelligence to improve visibility, prioritize opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 5+ years of success in healthcare sales, imaging, or clinical technology leadership, ideally within diagnostic imaging or DXR.

  • Your skills include a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a complex, long-cycle, team-selling environment AND ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority while driving accountability and results.

  • You combine strong business acumen with the ability to translate clinical and technical expertise into customer value.

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or equivalent education and experience.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

  • You are highly organized and data-driven, with experience using tools like Salesforce and PowerBI for forecasting and pipeline management.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

This is a field role. This is a travel-intensive role and you must be comfortable managing multiple priorities across a large territory.
