Job Description

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Employee Benefits Customer Service Representative to their Pierce Insurance Agency team in Farmville, NC.

Job Summary

At Pierce Insurance Agency, Inc., we pride ourselves on building strong client relationships and providing top-tier benefits insurance solutions. We are in search of a Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills who work well in a team environment.

Essential Functions

  • Handle inbound and returned calls as well as email
  • Completes enrollment, data entry, maintain database, research, and resolve customer problems.
  • Maintain HIPAA requirements for confidentiality.

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience within employee benefits
  • Must hold an active NC Life & Health Insurance License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with computer applications
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
