Job Description

We’re seeking outgoing, energetic individuals to join our community outreach and event fundraising team. In this role, you’ll help amplify the mission of top nonprofit organizations through in-person outreach, local events, and public engagement. No experience required—paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement pathways are provided. This role is ideal for anyone interested in marketing, nonprofit work, donor engagement, or event coordination.

Position Overview

As a Community Outreach Representative, you’ll bring nonprofit campaigns to life by connecting with community members, sharing information about important causes, and encouraging support through donations and awareness. You’ll be a key face of our clients’ missions at local events and outreach locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent well-established nonprofit partners at community events and outreach locations

  • Engage the public to promote mission awareness and inspire action

  • Encourage contributions and long-term supporter engagement

  • Assist with event setup, teardown, booth coordination, and materials distribution

  • Record supporter interactions and track engagement activity

  • Collaborate with the outreach team to meet campaign goals and deliver an exceptional on-site experience
