Job Description

We are a fast-growing marketing and community outreach firm seeking a driven and leadership-minded Entry Level Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to begin a management career, develop strong leadership skills, and grow within a company that promotes from within.

With paid training, hands-on coaching, and clear advancement pathways, you’ll learn the fundamentals of team leadership, event coordination, and client relations while supporting national nonprofit and community-focused partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and supporting daily team operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.

  • Help train new team members on company protocols, outreach strategies, and event procedures.

  • Coordinate and oversee community outreach events, ensuring smooth execution and positive public engagement.

  • Represent nonprofit and brand partners professionally while interacting with community members and event attendees.

  • Track performance metrics, report daily results to senior managers, and help implement process improvements.

  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns by ensuring consistent messaging and proper event setup.

  • Maintain strong communication with team members to promote a positive, high-performance work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • No management experience needed—full leadership training is provided.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working with diverse groups and leading small teams when needed.

  • Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends may be required for events).

  • Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in customer service, team leadership, retail management, event coordination, or sales.

  • Interest in management, marketing, nonprofit work, or business development.
