Full Time I Albert Lea, MN + Nationwide Travel$3,000 sign on bonus + Earning Potential Over $75KLooking for a hands-on career with travel, great earning potential, and opportunities to grow?Sanco Services is hiring motivated Equipment Installers to join our growing team. We ‘re looking for dependable individuals with strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and willing to travel. Previous installer experience is helpful, but this role.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Install new and used equipment by following established processes and procedures
- Ensure each installation is consistent with the next and meets the standard and customer’s needs
- Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer
- Diagnosing issues with re-installed equipment using diagnostic software
- Order parts needed for each job
- Complete documentation when job is completed
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- Technical degree or certification in a skilled trade is a plus
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Trouble shooting skills
- Welding experience is a plus
- Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
- Possess a clean driving record
- Must be able to travel to customer locations for 2-3 weeks at a time
- Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and forklifts
- Work comfortably on a ladder and/or scaffolding
- Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside)
- Frequently works on scaffolding
- Moderate exposure to confined spaces, moving objects, and mechanical parts
- Moderate exposure to chemicals and fumes
- Moderate noise level
- Earning potential over $75K
- $3,000 sign-on bonus
