ABOUT US: Ascensus Global, Inc. POSITION SUMMARY: AGI is seeking ESL instructors for a 3-month course starting in May. Course will run twice a week from 3:30-5:30pm.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research, prepare and teach an ESL course to a group of beginner-level adult students, using instructional materials determined to be useful in meeting their learning objectives
• Design and implement tests and quizzes to evaluate student performance
• Provide up to 1 hour per day homework assignments to reinforce classroom studies
• Report students' progress to Project Manager

SECURITY CLEARANCE: None

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching adult learners
• A minimum of 3 years of experience developing instructional materials
• Candidate must be comfortable using technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with the ILR scale
• Experience teaching adult students

PAY RANGE:

Pay Range: Several factors, including education, geographic location, contract labor categories, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, or market data, will determine the final salary.
