Ready to be part of our journey?Join our dynamic team as an Estimate Reviewer in our St. Louis office for our Strategic Partners Group division.We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented and customer service driven individual to review and take appropriate action on prepared estimates submitted by participating member companies and include reviewing estimates for flooring, constructions, mitigation, and roofing.In addition to great benefits, a fabulous work environment and a super-collaborative, friendly team, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunity to work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays.Our Estimate Reviewer will:
- Review and take appropriate action on prepared estimates utilizing a detailed estimating software system with diagramming.
- Provide detailed software usage support for estimating software and claim/job management software via phone and email.
- Communicate with members and carriers/clients via phone, email, and fax to investigate, identify, and resolve estimate issues.
- High school diploma (Associates Degree preferred) plus 2-3 years customer service-related experience; estimating experience preferred.
- Requires the ability to easily learn new complex software programs, specifically estimating software including creating diagrams for room sketches.
- Basic math knowledge and the ability to conceptualize dimensions.
- Personal computer skills (Microsoft Office, inclusive of Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) with very proficient keyboard skills.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful and concise manner are essential.
