We’re a fast-growing marketing and promotions company looking for an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join our team! In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced Event Coordinators to deliver engaging, memorable brand experiences that boost awareness, drive product engagement, and support local community initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll be the public face of client brands at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns. Your responsibilities include:
Represent client brands and provide a professional, approachable presence at local events
Answer customer questions and share product knowledge after brand training
Offer product demonstrations, samples, and promotional materials to attendees
Assist customers with orders, registrations, and event sign-ups
Track event traffic, customer feedback, and frequently asked questions to improve campaigns
Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth and successful activations
