Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) South of Grand Forks, ND

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job Responsibilities
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans*
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery*
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately*
- Educate patients and families on exercises, safety precautions, and rehabilitation techniques*
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes*
- Utilize rehabilitation equipment and modalities safely and effectively*
- Maintain a positive, compassionate, and professional approach with patients and staff
PTA Qualifications & Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program*
- Active North Dakota PTA license *
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred*
- Previous rehabilitation or therapy experience preferred but not required*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team*
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
