Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: Group Home Staff (Multiple Shifts)

Missoula, Montana

Looking for a schedule that gives you more time off? Work three 12-hour shifts each week and enjoy four days off.

Now offering a $500 hiring bonus:

$250 after 90 days
$250 after 6 months

Experience is not required. We provide paid training and will help you feel confident in your role from day one.

Day Shift

Friday through Sunday
6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Overnight Shift

Thursday through Saturday
6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Part-Time / Relief Staff

Saturday Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday Evening Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do

Provide support with everyday activities
Create a safe and positive home environment
Assist with meals, cleaning, medications, and routines
Document services and communicate with coworkers
Encourage residents to build independence and confidence

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or GED
Reliable and responsible work habits
Compassionate and respectful attitude
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow in the position

Compensation:

$17 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Cleaning common areas
Assist with medication distribution
Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line
Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
Ability to maintain regular attendance
Complete required documentation promptly

Qualifications:

Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED
Experience: No Experience necessary
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
