WE’RE HIRING: Group Home Staff (Multiple Shifts)
Missoula, Montana
Looking for a schedule that gives you more time off? Work three 12-hour shifts each week and enjoy four days off.
Now offering a $500 hiring bonus:
- $250 after 90 days
- $250 after 6 months
About Winds of Change
At Winds of Change, we support adults in a residential setting by providing compassionate care, encouragement, and hands off daily living assistance. We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to build meaningful connections and be part of a supportive team.
Experience is not required. We provide paid training and will help you feel confident in your role from day one.
Current Openings
Day Shift
- Friday through Sunday
- 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Overnight Shift
- Thursday through Saturday
- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Part-Time / Relief Staff
- Saturday Day Shift: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Monday Evening Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Provide support with everyday activities
- Create a safe and positive home environment
- Assist with meals, cleaning, medications, and routines
- Document services and communicate with coworkers
- Encourage residents to build independence and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable and responsible work habits

Compensation:$17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Cleaning common areas
- Assist with medication distribution
- Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
- Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line
- Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Complete required documentation promptly
- Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED
- Experience: No Experience necessary
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
