About The Opportunity
GMT Strategy is seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to help local businesses grow through advanced marketing systems, customer targeting, and business strategy.
This is not a traditional sales role.

We are looking for hungry, self-motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, prospecting businesses, and creating opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys cold outreach, face-to-face business conversations, and wants unlimited earning potential in a performance-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- As a Growth Partner, you will be responsible for generating and closing new business
- opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Responsibilities include:
- Cold calling local businesses
- Visiting businesses in person to introduce solutions
- Building relationships with business owners
- Prospecting and generating new leads
- Setting appointments and conducting discovery conversations
- Presenting marketing and business growth opportunities
- Following up with prospects consistently
- Managing your own local territory and pipeline
- Collaborating with GMT Strategy leadership on proposals and closing opportunities
Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly motivated and self-driven

- Strong communicator and relationship builder

- Confident speaking with business owners
- Organized and capable of managing a sales pipeline
- Coachable and willing to improve
- Sales experience is preferred, but hustle, confidence, and consistency matter more than resumes.
Compensation
This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity with uncapped earnings.
Compensation is based on recurring monthly client revenue and performance.
High-performing Growth Partners have the ability to build substantial recurring income through consistent client acquisition.
There is no cap on earnings.
