We are honored to share that three of our longtime stylists recently retired after a combined 90+ years with Robert Andrew. Their legacy of excellence and dedication leaves behind not only cherished memories, but an incredible opportunity for new stylists who want to build a long-term, successful career in a supportive, employee-based environment.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Stylists:
Ideally 3+ years for Level 6 positions, but we’re open to less experience for the right talent.
- Clientele Preferred, Not Required:
Our demand and reputation support stylists ready to build.
- Dedicated Professionals:
Individuals seeking a long-term home—not just a chair—within an established, employee-based salon.
- Technical Versatility:
Ability to provide a full menu of hair services, including:
- Precision cutting
- Wella color services
- Perms
- Chemical straightening
- Texture services for all hair types
- Special occasion and finishing services
- Brand Alignment:
Experience with Wella color is preferred. Enthusiasm for continued education is essential.
