Location: Pocatello, IDSchedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PMPay: $18-$20 per hour DOEBenefits: Paid Time Off (PTO)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Pocatello. This position works from our professional office environment and plays an important role in supporting compliance, quality assurance, documentation management, and administrative operations.

Responsibilities
Review and maintain employee files to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Audit client charts, service plans, and progress notes for accuracy and completeness
Manage and update client authorizations within company software systems
Assist with quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Track and monitor corrective action plans
Conduct client and employee satisfaction surveys
Prepare documentation and records for state inspections, audits, and licensing reviews
Maintain compliance binders and organizational records
Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
Generate reports and assist leadership with quality improvement efforts
Provide administrative support for compliance and quality assurance programs
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's degree or healthcare-related education preferred
Minimum one year of administrative, healthcare, compliance, quality assurance, or related experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
