Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the point of contact for employee and student inquiries at our HR Service Center. You will play a key role in onboarding new hires, ensuring HR data accuracy, and providing support on HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience or equivalent skills.
Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and Google Suite.
Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Preferences

Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
Experience in a higher education or union environment.
Bilingual skills.
