Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the point of contact for employee and student inquiries at our HR Service Center. You will play a key role in onboarding new hires, ensuring HR data accuracy, and providing support on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience or equivalent skills.
- Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Strong customer service skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite, Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm.
Preferences
- Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
- Experience in a higher education or union environment.
- Bilingual skills.
