Frontier Dermatology is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) focused on Employee Relations to join our People Team. This role is core to how we support leaders, strengthen organizational culture, protect legal compliance, and maintain high trust across the company.
About the Role
You will serve as a strategic HR advisor to designated business units — balancing coaching, ER expertise, compliance risk mitigation, and proactive workforce planning. This role partners deeply with operational leadership and our HR Director to increase organizational capability, leader effectiveness, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Do
Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders aligned to organizational goals
Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters; lead investigations
Provide policy interpretation and help maintain updates to policies + employee handbook
Support performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and succession activities
Identify training needs and partner on training strategy design & evaluation
Leverage HR metrics + analytics to identify trends, inform recommendations, and influence decisions
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Strong foundational knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulatory compliance
Experience managing employee relations issues and coaching leaders
Ability to build trust quickly and influence across levels
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
Comfortable with change, pace, and evolving organizational needs
Proficiency with HRIS systems / analytics / metrics
Additional Details
This role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills. Some travel to field locations within Oregon and Washington may be required.
