Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school-based setting in Nottingham, MD. This is an onsite assignment starting ASAP and running through June 12, 2026.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing behavioral support, implementing student support plans, and working closely with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to promote student success.

Schedule

Full-time hours
Monday through Friday
School day schedule
ASAP start through 06/12/26

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support
Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA
Track and document student progress daily
Utilize positive reinforcement strategies and de-escalation techniques
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
Support students in academic and non-academic settings
Maintain professionalism, consistency, and strong communication throughout the assignment

Requirements

Active RBT Certification preferred
Ability to start quickly strongly preferred
Experience working with children or students with disabilities preferred
Experience with ABA, behavior support, or de-escalation strategies preferred
Strong communication, patience, and relationship-building skills
Must be able to work onsite in Nottingham, MD
