What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct engaging in-home consultations using our mobile showroom
  • Recommend flooring solutions that fit the client's style, function, and budget
  • Measure spaces and prepare digital proposals using iPad-based tools
  • Follow a structured sales process designed for success
  • Maintain strong follow-up communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, and referral partners
  • Network locally to grow both your book of business and community presence
  • Consistently deliver a 5-star customer experience

Who Thrives Here?

  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
  • Strong understanding of flooring products and installation processes
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly
  • Comfortable using technology (iPad, CRM systems like Salesforce, digital measuring tools)
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Valid driver's license and availability for client appointments

Rob and his wife, Elizabeth, feel truly blessed to have called Northwest Arkansas home for the past 13 years. They cherish being part of such a vibrant and growing community. In their free time, you'll often find them exploring the beautiful trails throughout NWA-whether biking or simply taking a peaceful walk while enjoying God's creation.

They are proud parents of two grown sons and are embracing this new season as empty nesters. Their son Drew and his wife, Lexi, reside in Colorado, while their son David, a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas, lives in Rogers and works for Walmart Global Technology.

When Rob isn't delivering the five-star service that Floor Coverings International is known for, he enjoys spending time in his woodworking shop, crafting meaningful pieces to share with friends and family.
