Position Overview

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized remodeling solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll control the process—from design to close—all in one appointment.

What You’ll Do

Run pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments (no cold calling)
Deliver professional, high-energy sales presentations
Use our iPad-based system to design and present solutions
Build trust, overcome objections, and close deals on the spot
Manage your pipeline and maximize every opportunity

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in in-home sales or outside sales (home improvement preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Results-driven and money-motivated mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
Professional appearance and outgoing personality
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
