Job Description
Index Derivatives Sales Specialist
As a Index Derivatives Sales Specialist reporting to the Senior Director of Index Derivatives Sales, you'll play a critical role in growing relationships with global buy-side clients, attending conferences to grow product awareness and sharing market insights.

Key Responsibilities
Reviews and leads key aspects of key areas of opportunity in the market.
Prioritizes development of sales, retention, and marketing initiatives that support growth of the Nasdaq-100 suite of index options (NDX & XND)
Drives revenue and generates index options business with new clients as well as with existing clients.
Is proactive at industry events and other conferences at building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies.
Takes ownership of problem resolution, raises customer issues if needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales
2+ years in a sales or related environment in financial markets
This position can be located in New York City or Chicago and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $63,000 - $127,200. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
