Pay: We offer our Lead Install Technician a competitive wage of $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience.

DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?
- Idaho HVAC Journeyman License
- EPA and NATE Certification (or willingness to acquire)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
At least 3 years of HVAC installation experience, leadership or mentoring skills, familiarity with heat pumps, ductless systems, and high-efficiency equipment, and strong communication and customer service skills are preferred.
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A LEAD INSTALL TECHNICIAN?
In this full-time role, you'll lead your team through residential HVAC projects from start to finish. Each day, you'll coordinate the installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems, ensuring every detail meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and Fox's high standards. You'll mentor junior techs, set the tone for professionalism on-site, and communicate clearly with homeowners to build trust and confidence. With every project, you'll create a safe, organized environment where quality workmanship and teamwork come first.
