Location: Peninsula Post-Acute - Burlingame, CA

Compensation: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Part-Time | All Shifts | 4/2 Schedule

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will provide critical nursing oversight and personalized care that directly impacts patient recovery. Your role includes:

  • Clinical Leadership: Utilize your experience to make independent clinical decisions and apply critical thinking to ensure optimal patient outcomes during the overnight shift.

  • Rehabilitative Care: Deliver high-quality nursing services tailored to the specific recovery goals of each resident.

  • Seamless Communication: Maintain precise documentation and facilitate effective hand-offs between the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families.

  • Precision Treatment: Accurately implement physician orders and clinical protocols to support the intensive rehabilitation process.

  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Serve as a reliable team player, offering support to residents and fellow staff members.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Current, valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (Required).

  • Experience: Previous experience in a post-acute, sub-acute, or skilled nursing environment is highly preferred.
