We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician to provide exceptional obstetric care through a flexible locum position.   • Manage OB triage, unassigned GYN emergencies, and deliveries with clinical expertise.
  • Provide GYN coverage alongside hospitalist team members.
  • Handle typical cases/procedures such as deliveries, OB triage, and GYN emergencies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills:
  • MD or DO with active and unrestricted medical license.
  • Board eligible or certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Proven experience managing deliveries and obstetric emergencies.
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a hospitalist model.
  • Familiarity with EMR systems (specific system TBD).
  • Additional certifications such as NRP or BLS.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior hospital-based OB/GYN practice preferred.
  • Comfortable managing approximately 1-4 deliveries per shift.
  • Experience within a Level 1 NICU environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Other Requirements:
  • Start date of December 31, 2025.
  • Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit.
  • Hourly pay rate of $195.00.
  • Comprehensive W-2 medical benefits, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling approximately 13+ patient encounters daily.
  • Must adhere to all applicable state, federal, and local laws.
