Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and reporting changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Support patient comfort and ensure a safe care environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care
- Educate patients and families on basic healthcare needs
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state-specific)
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic clinical and patient care skills
