Job Description:
Essentia Health Park Rapids is seeking a dedicated LPN or CMA to join our OB team. In this role, you'll primarily support the OB department while assisting other specialty clinics as needed, helping provide high-quality, personalized care in a positive, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include rooming patients, assisting with biopsies and birth control placement, monitoring mom and baby, and partnering with internal and external teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care. This full-time position offers 64-80 hours per two-week pay period, full benefits, and a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with two Saturday shifts every six months from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. What You'll Do:
Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. Will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated. Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
LPN: Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota upon hire.
CMA: Current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant OR verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and must become certified within one year of date of hire. Must pass certification within two attempts.
BOTH: AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire.
